Why visit COMO Shambhala Estate?
This is a retreat for guests who want wellness to shape the whole stay rather than sit beside it. Consultations, movement, treatments, nourishing COMO Shambhala Cuisine and the natural rhythm of the estate can be combined into a tailored programme, while guests who prefer a lighter approach can book individual therapies and activities.
Wellness facilities
Ojas, the estate’s wellness centre, has nine treatment rooms, three outdoor treatment pavilions, consultation rooms, a yoga pavilion and fitness centre. Facilities include sauna and steam, cold plunge, an outdoor vitality pool, private Pilates equipment and guided contrast-therapy options. Some specialist therapies require advance booking and individual screening.
Good to know
- Ask for a sample daily schedule before committing to a programme.
- Clarify which consultations, treatments, activities and meals are included.
- Discuss mobility, health and dietary needs before travel; parts of the estate are set across a steep natural landscape.
