On the original visit, reception doubled as a boutique for ELEMIS skincare and body products. The clientele reflected the neighbourhood: shoppers pausing between appointments and local professionals treating the spa as a practical wellness address.

The treatment experience
My treatment took place in The Penthouse, an airy top-floor room beneath a glass skylight. After discussing desk-related shoulder tension and dehydrated skin, the therapist tailored a deep-tissue massage using ELEMIS body products, concentrating on the neck and upper back. The pressure was firm but controlled and relaxation soon outweighed the occasional sound of the city outside.
